Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value. If you want the best then you need Prestige Contracting. You may find another who is cheaper but their work will be too. I was about to go with someone else but a friend had used Prestige in the past and gave them high praise. Jordan and his crew were on time every day. I had a very tricky job. He stands behind his warranty 110 percent. Jordan and his crew were very friendly and courteous. He even did a job inside my house for no charge. I cannot go on enough about how great they are. If you want the best work with the best warranty and price, go with Prestige Contracting. Going with any one else will be a HUGE mistake!

I worked with Prestige after having to place a homeowners insurance claim for my bathroom. They were very easy to work with, from their PM/Estimator coming out to evaluate the job (and being on time!) to the team of Daniel and Danny doing the job. They thought it would take three days; it took three days. They said they would clean up afterwards to make sure everything was good; they cleaned up afterwards and checked with me to make sure I was good. Finally, when painting they did something that I rarely see contractors remember to do, and that's drop the light fixtures down to paint behind them so that the color stays consistent. I was very glad to see how thorough and prompt they were; I would use them again in an instant.

Prestige was a referral to us and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! It’s always a struggle to get contractors out, not only for estimates, but to actually follow through with the work. Jordan was on time, professional, and always followed through with what he said he’d do. They did a roof wash, repair, and gutter cleaning for us and all were done very well. I highly recommend them, especially if you’re south of Atlanta where good contractors are hard to come by!

Jordan is very professional. He also gaurantees his work. He fixed a problem that another contractor created. Even though he wasn't the one that created it in the first place he came to our house several times to figure out the many problems we had with our porch covered roof. He is amazing. A very nice and Honest man. When he says he will be there, he will. I would recommend him. A friend of mine recommended him in the first place.

This is the kind of business you want to deal with as a homeowner.Timely reply, came to provide an estimate when they said they would, pricing was reasonable (best of three quotes), and were available when we needed the work done. No games, no phone tag, no excuses, no not showing up when they said they would or anything that we homeowners typically have to deal with for most house projects. Jordan was on it from start to finish, and Fernando did quality work, with a warranty. I'm hoping they can do some more projects for me in the future, and I have referred them to someone else in the neighborhood already.

They even went above and beyond when some of the supplies did not arrive in time to do the work. One of their people travelled over two hours in Atlanta rush hour traffic to get the supplies to us so it wouldn't delay.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value. Prestige Contracting did a wonderful job for me! I had rain damage on my roof around my chimney. Because of the damage, I also needed about one fourth of my living room ceiling repaired. They also repaired facial cedar boards on the back side of my house. When they removed the outside cedar wood, they found that termites had previously eaten into several frame boards. Although the termites were long gone, they did all the repair work. Another area was repaired on my under side of my overhang (not sure if that's what it is called). Their work was of a professional level and they could not have been any nicer. I called the office and within a few days they sent me the estimate. I was very impressed with the quick response AND the quote. The amount they quoted was exactly what I was charged. With building supply costs on the constant rise, I thought it was great that the amount did not increase with those rising prices. THANK YOU Prestige Contracting!
